Digital Adoption Strategist

As a Digital Adoption Strategist, you will play a key role in driving Scoot's digital transformation journey. You will own the execution of our digital transformation by co-creating a multi-year roadmap, operationalizing a Digital Maturity Index, leading Business Process Reengineering, and embedding governance rhythms to ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable impact.

  • Define and maintain the organization's digital strategy and transformation roadmap.
  • Align digital initiatives with business priorities, customer needs, and technological advancements.
  • Translate strategic priorities and maturity gaps into a sequenced, multi-year roadmap.
  • Define Digital Maturity Index (DMI) by evaluating how well the organization leverages digital technologies, culture, and processes to create business value.
  • Establish KPIs to measure success and identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional Business Process Reengineering workshops to map 'as-is' and co-design 'to-be' process workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Digital, Technology, or related field.
  • 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in digital strategy, transformation delivery, or business process leadership.
  • Proven track record in maturity models, roadmap planning, BPR facilitation, and governance frameworks.
