Digital Transformation Specialist

As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance our customers' digital experience.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Transformation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to our clients on the implementation of digital transformation projects. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for digital transformation initiatives.

Your primary focus will be on SDWAN, Cloud Firewall, Enterprise Router, and Switch (Fortinet), as well as Enterprise Wi-Fi (Ruckus). You will also provide consultancy services to resolve integration issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Furthermore, you will work closely with internal project teams and field engineers to ensure seamless project delivery.

In addition, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions and orienting customers to the deployed infrastructure. This includes identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize the customer's IT department.

You will also participate in reviewing current project progress and collaborate with customer solution specialists to propose the next phase of digital transformation. Additionally, you will partner with network operation center teams to perform service management tasks, including collating monthly reports, performing service analysis, highlighting precedence month service incidents, and updating incident tracking.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years' working experience in IT/Telecommunications sales. Your technical expertise should include experience with Fortinet SDWAN, SDLan – Switches, and Cloud Virtual Firewall. Familiarity with MPLS circuits, SDWAN, network routing, and HA resiliency is also essential.

You should understand enterprise security compliance and practice, as well as firewall security and its conjunction with SDWAN overlay. Additionally, your knowledge of enterprise network setup, wired security, wireless security, directory services, and root CA is vital.

This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen sense of learning, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with contractors, colleagues, and data centre teams. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification is highly desirable.
