We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Specialist to support our records digitisation initiatives and e-Registry implementation project.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive digital transformation in healthcare records management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing vendor relationships for large-scale records digitisation projects.

  • Lead daily digitisation operations and team performance
  • Develop and implement quality control processes
  • Provide strategic recommendations for process improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams

You will also oversee the analysis of current filing systems and develop digital file plans. Additionally, you will contribute to system development, conduct User Acceptance Testing, and monitor system development progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Transformation Project Management: Lead and manage vendor relationships, oversee daily digitisation operations, and develop quality control processes.
  • e-Registry Implementation: Analyse current filing systems, develop digital file plans, contribute to system development, and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
  • Change Management & Training: Design and deliver records management training programmes, guide staff through the transition to digital systems, and provide communication materials for staff engagement.
Requirements:
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in records management or digital transformation projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently

This is a 12-month contract position with a monthly pay rate of $3800. The working hours are Monday to Thursday (8:30am to 6pm) and Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm). The work location is in Balestier.
