Digital Transformation Strategist
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Strategist to lead our Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts in the APJ region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing GTM strategies that drive sustainable growth and expansion of our customer base.
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales management, digital transformation, and industry-specific knowledge to drive business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including field sales teams, marketing, and partner organizations, to design and execute high-impact sales plays and campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading GTM efforts in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to think critically and strategically. Additionally, you will have experience working in a matrix environment and be able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute GTM strategies that drive sustainable growth and expansion of our customer base
- Design and implement high-impact sales plays and campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Lead capability building, resource allocation, and business enablement initiatives to support GTM efforts
- Identify and escalate program asks across areas to AWSI, ISVs, operating model, and GSO
- Buid repeatable mechanisms to accelerate customer and business outcomes
Requirements:
- At least 15 years of experience in direct sales, sales management, and working with large enterprise customers
- Experience leading teams in conceptualizing, designing, and executing GTM efforts for industry and data/AI-based transformation plays
- Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills, including the ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
- Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix environment and collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and geographies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in structuring and closing large-scale, multi-year enterprise deals
- Knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies and cloud computing
- Experience working in multiple APJ countries
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to influence and earn trust across levels and create impact through indirect teams
