Job Title: Digital Transformation Strategist

A key opportunity exists to enhance the digital foundation for schools in Singapore.

As a product-focused leader, you will play a central role in improving the current user experience and infrastructure, while driving pilot trials and proof-of-concepts to inform the next-generation SSOE 3.

About the Role
  • Improve current SSOE infrastructure and user experience by identifying pain points and implementing enhancements that support daily teaching, learning, and school operations.
  • Drive pilot trials and proof-of-concepts in collaboration with technical teams, focusing on usability, scalability, and school-readiness.
  • Contribute to the design and development of SSOE 3 by translating insights from trials into scalable product requirements.
  • Engage regularly with school leaders, teachers, and ICT managers to gather feedback, co-design solutions, and prioritise improvements based on real-world needs.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Educational Technology, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or ICT strategy
  • Strong product thinking, user empathy, and ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Experience with enterprise IT, end-user computing, and ICT infrastructure
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes and vendor management

  • Comfortable with iterative experimentation, learning from pilot trials, and refining ideas
