Restaurant Manager Role Overview

Job Summary

As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead our dynamic team in delivering exceptional service and creating a haven for customers. Situated in the heart of Singapore Botanic Gardens, our café is an ideal location for those who crave natural beauty and vibrant surroundings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the Group Entity Manager and demonstrate initiative, energy, and positivity.
  • Oversee smooth daily operations on shifts, ensuring punctuality, grooming, and uniform compliance are upheld.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness according to company guidelines.
  • Efficiently manage outlet systems, schedules, payroll, and inventory.
  • Foster a positive culture for both staff and customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized café space.
  • Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Guide and mentor staff to maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Solve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Supervise Front-of-House (FOH) duties including ordering, serving, greeting guests, and POS operations.
  • Handle opening and closing procedures.
  • Identify and report work hazards, inconsistencies, and machine breakdowns.
  • Become the role model of service excellence during your shift.
  • Oversee hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Manage appraisals and performance reviews for the outlet.
