  • You will report directly to the Group Entity Manager and lead with initiative, energy, and positivity.

About the Job:

  • The successful candidate will oversee smooth daily operations on shifts, ensuring punctuality, grooming, and uniform compliance are upheld.
  • They will ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained according to company guidelines.
  • The ideal candidate will manage outlet systems, schedules, payroll, and inventory efficiently.
  • They will foster a positive culture for both staff and customers.
  • The Restaurant Manager will maintain a clean and organized café space.
  • They will provide fast, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Additionally, they will guide and mentor staff to maintain SOPs.
  • The Restaurant Manager will solve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Supervising FOH duties including ordering, serving, greeting guests, and POS operations will also be part of their responsibilities.
  • They will handle opening and closing procedures.
  • Furthermore, the Restaurant Manager will identify and report work hazards, inconsistencies, and machine breakdowns.
  • As a role model of service excellence during their shift, they will set an example for others to follow.
  • Lastly, they will oversee hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Managing appraisals and performance reviews for the outlet will also be one of their key responsibilities.
