  • Job Summary: As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to achieve excellent service standards.
  2. Ensure seamless daily operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized café space, adhering to company health and safety guidelines.
  4. Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  5. Guide and mentor staff to maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and promote a positive work culture.
  6. Supervise front-of-house (FOH) duties, including ordering, serving, greeting guests, and point-of-sale operations.
  7. Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
  8. Identify and report any work hazards, inconsistencies, or machine breakdowns to ensure a safe working environment.
  9. Oversee hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members.
  10. Manage appraisals and performance reviews for the outlet.
