Job Title: Café Team Lead
We are seeking a skilled and charismatic individual to take on the role of Café Team Lead in our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily café operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise daily café operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and workflow management.
  2. Train, mentor, and motivate team members (baristas, servers, kitchen staff) to deliver outstanding service.
  3. Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  4. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a café or F&B supervisory role.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and inspire a team.
  3. Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation, customer service, and café operations.
  4. Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial tracking.
  5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
