Café Operations Manager Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of our café, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes overseeing the management of staff, controlling costs, and driving sales growth.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing the café team to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage products
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the café, including stock control, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Controlling costs and driving sales growth through effective marketing and promotion strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety, employment law, and company policies
