Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily warehouse operations, including picking, pallet building, loading, unloading, receiving, put away and inventory maintenance.

Maintaining high inventory accuracy is crucial in this role. The candidate must ensure that products are stored correctly and efficiently.

Preparation of products for shipment requires attention to detail, as the candidate must verify location and direct movement to the staging area while resolving any issues.

Daily housekeeping duties include disposal of damaged pallets and other unwanted packing materials.

Discrepancies such as shortages, excess, and damaged cartons must be reported immediately.

The Warehouse Operations Specialist must ensure warehouse safety and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

They are also responsible for store security and cargo preservation.

Awareness of environmental aspects and their impact on daily work is essential. The candidate must take measures to minimize significant impacts.

Verification of product inventory reports involves comparing logs and reports and making adjustments as needed.

Action records must be documented by completing forms, reports, logs, and records, as well as maintaining databases.

Inventory monitoring includes completing counts as required.

In the absence of a peer or supervisor, the Warehouse Operations Specialist must provide backup support.

This role contributes to the distribution and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

The management may request additional assignments from time to time, which the Warehouse Operations Specialist must undertake.

Skill Required: Valid Forklift operator License - able to operate forklift and reach truck
