  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and staff supervision.
  • Resolve operational issues and disputes promptly or prevent them from happening.
  • Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and clients to ensure proper operations of the company.
  • Submit proposals or suggestions with supporting backup examples to improve the workflow and increase efficiency within the organization.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols, including onboarding documentation for all departments.
  • Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity.
Skills Required:
  • Responsibility for daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and inventory management.
  • Meet warehouse operational service level agreements by general management, problem-solving, and employee coaching/training.
  • On-site coordination with operations teams to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and accuracy.
  • Analysis of data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve performance.
  • Continuously improve throughputs and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.
  • Strong Excel knowledge and passion for continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in management skills, multi-tasking, and warehousing.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays)
  • Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
