Job Description:

As a Regional Quality Manager, you will oversee customer quality management across the South Asia region.

  • Drive complaint resolution and root cause analysis to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with service teams and factories to engage strategic accounts and define quality frameworks.
  • Analyze KPIs and feedback to enhance customer experience and escalate critical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage customer complaints across the South Asia region in the HUB.
  2. Engage with FES/service teams and factory teams to resolve issues and connect with relevant stakeholders.
  3. Support FES/service teams in discussing issue resolution and technical explanations with customers.
  4. Escalate and seek support from management as needed, travel to meet customers and visit HE factories.
  5. Lead a strong customer focus attitude in deploying CCRP resolution process and define systematic Quality approach to continuously improve business practices.
  6. Review and scrutinize Quality Incidents and High Impact Complaints reports, perform Pareto analyses and propose improvements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work independently.
