Job Overview

This role is accountable for ensuring that strategic and operational objectives are met through the delivery of a fit-for-purpose Talent Management Plan.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive talent transformation initiatives, including workforce planning, change management, employee communications support, project leadership, and advising on the right skills mix.
  • Lead HR preparations for organisational changes, embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and evolve the employee value proposition, optimising all aspects of employee experience to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Design effective communication strategies to support People and Culture initiatives.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify capability requirements, translate them into a divisional capability strategy and plan, and provide coaching support and leadership development.
