At TEE YIH JIA FOOD MANUFACTURING PTE LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategic plans to maximize sales volume and leasing activities for our industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist management in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive leasing growth and revenue.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the leasing network, including small, middle, and large corporates.
  • Negotiate with potential tenants on new leases and ensure all documentation is completed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and handle lease renewals.
  • Execute marketing and communication activities to build relationships with tenants and potential tenants.
  • Meet or exceed targets set for the portfolio of properties.
  • Contribute to budgeting and costing activities.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary education in Real Estate, Building Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of tenancy agreements and leasing documentation.
  • Facility maintenance or engineering knowledge to manage properties effectively.
  • Good track record in office sales and leasing.
  • Well-organized, meticulous, and highly numerate.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and tenant relationship management skills.
