Job Summary:

A renowned electronics manufacturing firm is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Engineer to spearhead quality control initiatives across production lines. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be an effective communicator, and have experience in quality assurance and product audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Process and Engineering teams to define and meet quality control standards
  • Conduct in-process and final QC audits, document findings with clear traceability
  • Identify root causes of quality issues and work with QA and Product teams to implement corrective actions
  • Develop inspection criteria and maintain quality plans in line with ISO and regulatory requirements
  • Support Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) programs and incoming material checks
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline
  • At least 1 year in electronics manufacturing or a similar QC environment
  • SQA and product audit processes (incoming, in-process, and outgoing)
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, 45001, and FDA regulatory standards
Preferred Skills:
  • IPC or Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt) certification
  • Proficiency in SAP QM, Minitab, or other statistical quality tools
