Job Title: Regional Senior HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Senior Human Resources Leader to join our team.

This is a challenging and rewarding career opportunity for an HR professional with the ability to lead and manage a team of HR experts in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic initiatives and operational excellence, advising business leaders on HR matters, and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR team in the region to deliver strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Advise business leaders on HR matters and provide leadership and direction.
  • Ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Consult business leaders and build a strong organisational culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant Generalised HR Operations experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory/leadership position.
  • Possess a good knowledge and hands-on experience of multiple HR disciplines, such as talent acquisition and development, employee retention, organisational effectiveness, compensation practices and diversity.
  • Regional working experience with a good understanding of the local regulatory framework.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and coaching skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Strategic mindset and perspective.
  • Result-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Good understanding and practical application of local employment law and HR practices, policies, processes, best practices and familiar with emerging HR trends.
