
Curriculum Strategy and Development Lead

Our organization seeks a visionary leader to spearhead our Total Learning Plan (TLP) strategy and annual exercise. This dynamic role involves managing the Academy-wide finalization and verification of the TLP, developing curriculum content, and overseeing new customized programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Deputy Director, Content & Curriculum on TLP strategy
- Managing the Academy-wide finalisation and verification of the TLP
- Developing content based on WoG curriculum strategy for learning & development interventions
- Project managing and building new customized programs
- Identifying and recommending development needs, curriculum requirements, and implementing learning methodologies across WoG
- Working with Practice Leads, Chapter Leads, FC POCs, and WoG agencies to manage the on-boarding of development interventions
- Analysing low enrolment, verifying countermeasures, evaluating curriculum changes, and tracking actions for all programs
- Providing insights and recommendations on course metrics and trends, and reporting to Academy leads and stakeholders
- Recommending COP strategies and arranging speakers for Learning Festival sessions
- Tracking and overseeing the mix of programs by CPs and TPs across FCs
- Ensuring due diligence in provision and verification of work, suppliers' training quote comparisons, and value for money
- Identifying and onboarding Learning Partners for DA and managing social learning programs
- Building customized learning programs as needed
- Managing stakeholders and producing required reports
Requirements include:
- Degree in Education, Human Resource Development, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in curriculum development, learning and development, or a related role
- Experience in project management, particularly in educational or training programs
- Proven track record of working with government agencies or in a similar large-scale organizational setting
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
