What You'll Do:
Experiential & Enrichment Programme Development
– Design and curate unique learning experiences that expand students' perspectives, including opportunities for cultural, academic, and real-world engagement beyond the classroom.
Programme Enhancement
– Drive the continuous improvement of initiatives at Centre-level, Cross-Centre level, and Centre-Family-Community level to enhance learning experiences.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
– Collaborate with key stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and external vendors, to ensure seamless curriculum integration, system implementation, and adoption of new learning technologies.
Courseware Development
– Oversee the creation of engaging and effective courseware materials, ensuring alignment with curriculum goals and student learning outcomes.
Lesson Observations & Feedback
– Conduct lesson observations and structured feedback reviews with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate and refine curriculum effectiveness.
Curriculum Evaluation & Improvement
– Assess overall curriculum impact, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to maintain high-quality educational standards.
Cross functional collaboration -
Work hand-in-hand with the operations, training, and marketing teams to ensure a coherent and impactful student learning journey across all centres.
Requirements:
A degree or diploma , preferably in Education, Early Childhood, or a related field.
Proven experience in curriculum writing, instructional design, or educational programme development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage curriculum implementation across different locations.
Passionate about education and committed to driving meaningful learning experiences for students.
