Job Title: Curriculum Developer
The Role:

This position requires a skilled and experienced educator to deliver curriculum to various grade levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive annual programmes of work, creating engaging lesson plans, and maintaining a positive classroom environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching: Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere. Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to meet the needs of students.
  • Assessment, Recording, and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student progress, provide timely feedback, and adhere to established marking and moderation policies.
  • General Administration: Perform invigilation, supervision, and proxy duties, research resources, and set high expectations for student achievement.

Pastoral Care:
  • Monitor student attendance records and address social and emotional needs.
  • Report concerns to the relevant authorities and seek support from colleagues when necessary.

Performance Management and Professional Development:
  • Participate in regular lesson observations and performance appraisals.
  • Represent the school with professionalism and adhere to terms and conditions of employment.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in teaching and curriculum development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
