  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative solutions by translating organisational strategies into clear roadmaps, focusing on thematic areas like Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS), electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, and related domains.
  • Identify, assess, and engage with startups, scaleups, and partners aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Lead and manage initiatives such as open calls, startup challenges, and hackathons.
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks, tools, and templates for tracking project risks, deliverables, and performance.
  • Oversee the innovation pipeline from idea generation through to proof-of-concept and pilot deployment.
  • Maintain a portfolio of innovation projects and partner engagements.
  • Cultivate an innovation-oriented culture through internal engagement, learning sessions, demos, and showcases.
  • Act as a change agent to drive innovation awareness and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline: e.g. Innovation, R&D, Business, Technology.
  • Relevant experience: At least years of relevant experience in innovation management, R&D, product development, or startup collaboration.
  • Proven experience: Proven experience in managing open innovation programs, accelerators, or ecosystem partnerships.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with innovation ecosystems in the Asia region (startups, VCs, academia, industry partners).
  • Business acumen: Strong business acumen and the ability to assess both technical and commercial potential of emerging technologies.
  • Future mobility trends: Demonstrated understanding of future mobility trends (e.g. EVs, ADAS, AI, connected mobility, sustainability).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in lean/agile innovation methodologies.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage across levels and functions.
  • Dynamic environment: Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural, and dynamic environments.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia.
