- We are seeking a highly skilled consultant to design and lead segments of innovation sessions, applying user-centric approaches and emerging technology insights to shape compelling client engagements.
- You will own the development of visual artefacts such as concept visuals, journey maps, wireframes, and lightweight prototypes that translate strategic ideas into tangible concepts.
- Conduct and synthesise research on emerging technologies, digital trends, and startup ecosystems to identify implications and opportunities for clients.
- Shape innovation narratives and use cases, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to define opportunity areas that align with client priorities.
- Curate and deliver immersive innovation experiences, showcasing technologies and trends in a way that is relevant and inspiring for clients.
- Co-design and facilitate high-impact co-creation workshops that drive alignment, prioritisation, and actionable outcomes.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the innovation environment, including venue setup, technology management, SOP documentation, and coordination.
- Actively engage with the global innovation community, representing the team in meetings, sharing local insights, and connecting with demo owners globally to source and curate relevant experiences.
- Drive awareness of our innovation initiatives through internal marketing efforts, including content creation, event promotion, and regular newsletter distribution.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving corporate innovation for our clients in an innovation consulting culture. The successful candidate will participate in shaping and transforming our clients' innovation journey.
Based on clients demands and problem statements, you will be part of an exciting process of identifying customers' needs, proposing and developing innovative solutions. This will require you to work closely with the startup ecosystem and global innovation network to develop digital products.
You will be exposed to working with different teams across the organisation to achieve a common goal. Through collaboration with various stakeholders, you will contribute to delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations.
