Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Innovation Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for driving corporate innovation and shaping the innovation journey of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead segments of innovation sessions, applying design thinking methodologies, user-centric approaches, and emerging technology insights.
  • Develop visual artefacts such as concept visuals, journey maps, wireframes, and lightweight prototypes that translate strategic ideas into tangible concepts.
  • Conduct and synthesise research on emerging technologies, digital trends, and startup ecosystems to identify implications and opportunities for clients.
  • Shape innovation narratives and use cases, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to define opportunity areas that align with client priorities.
  • Curate and deliver immersive innovation experiences, showcasing technologies and trends in a way that is relevant and inspiring for clients.
  • Co-design and facilitate high-impact co-creation workshops that drive alignment, prioritisation, and actionable outcomes.
  • Actively engage with the global innovation community, representing the team in meetings and sharing local insights.
  • Drive awareness of innovation initiatives through internal marketing efforts, including content creation and regular newsletter distribution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in innovation consulting or a related field.
  • Strong skills in design thinking, user experience, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
