About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, refine product deployment strategies, and provide support for pilot programs.
  • Technical Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between customers and engineers, translating complex customer needs into actionable engineering tasks.
  • Pilot Management: Lead the rollout of pilot programs, ensuring seamless integration with customer systems (ERPs, TMS, etc.).
  • Feedback Loop: Capture customer feedback, document insights, and communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Thought Leadership: Identify market trends and customer pain points to inform product strategy.

About You:

  • Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions/product engineering, or a related field.
