Transforming Manufacturing Outcomes through Strategic Leadership

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Process Engineering Director to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative production lines, fostering collaboration across R&D, production, integration, operations, and hardware teams.

This leadership role requires a deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards, coupled with exceptional organizational, management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex project schedules, deliverables, and risks to ensure timely completion of technology transfer and production milestones.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to integrate research and development processes with business unit goals, driving operational excellence and innovation.
  • Lead alpha engineering programs and product releases for business units, addressing customer process issues through High Value Problem (HVP) resolution.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in semiconductor wafer fab production, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects within scope, budget, and timeline, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • A bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline, such as Physics, Chemistry, Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Science Engineering.
Flexibility and Adaptability:

Flexibility to travel between South East Asia and the USA up to 30% of the time is required. This will enable you to stay connected with our global operations and support factory-side execution.
