About the role

The Product Management team plays a pivotal role in shaping product initiatives from inception to launch. We collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver remarkable products and features that meet user needs.

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Product Director who can own, create, implement, and manage a cutting-edge platform that enhances the way users interact with money.

This role focuses on US partners and requires an in-depth understanding of US banking regulations and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies while prioritizing strategic objectives
  2. Deliver complex projects by defining features, writing product specifications, conducting user studies, iterating on feedback, reviewing QA test plans, prioritizing bug fixes, managing the backlog, and shipping products/features on time
  3. Engage with customers to build empathy and ensure their needs are met
  4. Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately, weighing tradeoffs as needed
  5. Collaborate with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver best-in-class features
  6. Stay up-to-date on market developments and dynamics to ensure our products and features remain competitive
Requirements
  1. At least 10 years of experience in fintech product management, with domain knowledge in US payment systems and cash clearing networks highly valued
  2. Strong aptitude for understanding technical APIs and translating them into user-centric stories
  3. Hands-on attention to detail, particularly in settlement flow design
  4. Data-driven decision making with a compassionate approach to user needs
  5. Passion for building delightful customer-facing products and experiences
  6. Strong work ethic and ability to meet tight deadlines and goals
  7. Effective communication and leadership skills to manage C-level stakeholders and articulate prioritization decisions
  8. Demonstrated ability to lead and produce results
  9. Collaboration skills to work effectively with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth teams
