Manager, Senior Management Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill a senior management position in our organization. This role will involve leading a team of professionals and overseeing various aspects of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-lead a project to develop new capabilities for high-performance sport and integrate programs/policies to strengthen support for youth-to-senior athletes.
- Shape education pathways that enable elite athletes to excel in both sport and academics, driving systemic transformation for athlete-friendly learning environments.
- Oversee the administration of scholarships, including application and selection processes, financial management, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvements.
- BUILD AND STRENGTHEN PARTNERSHIPS WITH EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS TO ADVOCATE FOR FLEXIBLE STUDY POLICIES AND EMBED ATHLETE-FRIENDLY PRACTICES WITHIN INSTITUTIONAL FRAMEWORKS.
- DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT EDUCATION SUPPORT INITIATIVES THAT ALIGN WITH NATIONAL SPORTS PRIORITIES WHILE INTEGRATING SEAMLESSLY INTO WIDER ATHLETE LIFE SUPPORT SYSTEMS.
- A background in business administration, education, sports management, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of working experience in the education sector or sports management.
- A background in student support services or athlete development.
- An understanding of the sports ecosystem and athlete challenges.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
