Senior Project Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Senior Project Coordinator to drive cross-functional projects across product, compliance, finance, and technology teams.

  • Job Summary:
  • We require a highly organized and skilled Senior Project Coordinator to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders across distributed teams.
Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Define project goals, requirements, and deliverables with business stakeholders (Operations, Compliance, Finance, etc.).
  2. Coordination: Coordinate project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
  3. Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation, including meeting notes, decision logs, and timelines.
  4. Risk Management: Track and manage project risks, issues, and change requests throughout the lifecycle.
Requirements Analysis and Documentation
  1. Gathering Requirements: Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data review.
  2. Documenting Requirements: Document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, workflows, and technical specifications.
Testing and Delivery Support
  1. Collaboration: Collaborate with QA and business users to design and execute UAT plans.
  2. Validation: Validate that delivered features meet business goals and security/compliance standards.
Basic Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT project management or business analysis, preferably in fintech or compliance domains.
  3. Agile Experience: Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
Key Skills and Competencies
  1. Communication: Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  2. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  3. Cultural Awareness: Ability to manage distributed and multicultural teams.
  4. Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with APIs, databases, cloud environments (AWS), and basic DevOps concepts.
Certifications and Professional Knowledge
  1. SDLC Knowledge: Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
  2. Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance standards such as PCI DSS, MAS TRM, or DORA is a plus.

  1. Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  2. Prioritization: Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
