About the Role

This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to deliver business-oriented, customer-focused, and innovative insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting product pricing projects, including regression testing and user acceptance testing for new product implementation.
  • Providing ad hoc assistance to teams on client requests, such as post-sales illustrations and customer queries.
  • Assisting in updating and enhancing policy illustration and post-sales illustration templates.
  • Contributing to the preparation of regulatory reporting filings for new products.
  • Applying design thinking and agile frameworks to deliver projects efficiently.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an actuarial capacity within a life insurance function, or fresh graduates with relevant coursework or internships. A Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or a related field is required, along with good progress in actuarial credentials (e.g., ASA, AIA, AFA) from a recognized international actuarial body.

Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are essential. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely, are also required. Attention to detail, adaptability, and strong teamwork and collaboration skills are necessary for success in this role.
