Actuarial Executive Position

The role of Actuarial Executive involves working closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver innovative insurance solutions. This position requires a highly skilled professional who can assist in product pricing projects, including regression testing and user acceptance testing for new product implementation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the pricing team in delivering high-quality insurance solutions.
  • Providing support to Product Development, Distribution, and Policy Servicing teams on client requests, including post-sales illustrations and customer queries.
  • Supporting updates and enhancements for Policy Illustration and Post Sales illustration templates.
  • Assisting in the preparation of regulatory reporting filings for new products.
  • Applying design-thinking and agile frameworks in project delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a life insurance function within an actuarial capacity, or fresh graduates with relevant coursework or internships.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or a related field, with good progress in actuarial credentials from a recognized international actuarial body.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Adaptability, with a willingness to explore new ways of working.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
