Actuarial Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled actuary to lead complex projects, providing strategic insights and driving business growth.

This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-profile engagements, including finance transformation and systems implementation. As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with senior client stakeholders to inform key decisions.

  1. Lead end-to-end delivery of complex actuarial projects.
  2. Provide expert advice on capital optimisation, risk management, and regulatory change.
  3. Oversee finance transformation projects, including automation, data strategy, and process optimisation.
  4. Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact for actuarial matters.
  5. Mentor team members, fostering technical capability and career growth.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Fellowship in a recognised actuarial body (SOA, IFoA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 10 years of actuarial experience in life insurance, reinsurance, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in actuarial software and tools.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to lead and mentor teams.
  • Commercial mindset and ability to identify and capture new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all organisational levels.
