**The opportunity**

Business Planning and Forecasting, NBV and IFEV, and Expense and Compensation
- Responsible for developing, reporting and forecasting key financial metrics for the Singapore business (Sales, NBV, Core Earnings)
- Delivery of the annual business plan through in-depth analysis of past company financials, to ensure key targets are set based on realistic business fundamentals
- Lead the preparation of management reports and insightful actuarial results to support Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Appointed Actuary in delivering business value.
- Support IFRS17 related financial metrics analysis and communication of results to stakeholders.
- Perform expense study per MAS and Corporate requirements.
- Design, review and recommend agency compensation packages and business cases to drive agency growth in a cost effective way.

This role will lead a team ]and report into the Appointed Actuary. The incumbent will also work closely with the CFO and distribution channels, to drive the attainment of key financial targets through analysis, communication, and problem solving, with strong understanding of how business works.

- Fully qualified actuary with internationally recognized actuarial destinations.

- Experienced in managing and developing an actuarial team.
- Experience in IFRS17 and AXIS will be an advantage.
