Actuarial Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Actuarial Pricing Team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver business-oriented, customer-focused insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative product propositions and drive product prototyping and implementation, ensuring alignment with internal financial metrics.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to develop solutions supporting company product strategy for life businesses.
  • Establish effective controls and monitoring frameworks to mitigate regulatory, financial, and reputation risk.
  • Review and recommend enhancements to the Actuarial Pricing Process to improve efficiency.
  • Deliver high-quality projects and adopt design-thinking and agile frameworks in pricing project delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Good progress in actuarial qualifications or newly qualified actuary with at least 10 years of experience in actuarial functions.
  • Experience in life product pricing and strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and actuarial technical skills, with confidence to challenge status quo and take calculated risks.
  • Adaptable and open to dynamic working environments, with willingness to explore new ways of working.
  • Experience in stakeholder management or project-type experience.
