The goal of a Hotel Manager is to oversee the smooth operation of the hotel, ensuring that all departments work together efficiently. This includes managing profit and departmental budgets, reviewing financial reports, and making decisions to keep the hotel running smoothly.
">Key ResponsibilitiesManage property operations by developing an operational strategy that aligns with the brand's business strategy and leads its execution.
Communicate a clear and consistent message regarding operational goals to produce desired results on a continuous basis.
Ensure core elements of the service strategy are in place to produce the desired results.
Tour the building on a regular basis speaking with employees and guests to understand business needs and assess operational opportunities.
Lead property operations teams by establishing a vision for product and service delivery on property.
Champion the brand's service vision for product and service delivery and ensure alignment amongst the property leadership team.
Ensure employees are treated fairly and equitably.
RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required. 8 years' experience in hotel management or related professional area.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
