Job Title: Movement and Wellness Specialist

We are seeking a certified Pilates Instructor to deliver high-quality instruction to diverse clients. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional with excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of anatomy, and passion for the Pilates method.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Instruct reformer and specialized classes, including pre/post-natal and rehabilitation classes.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients, regardless of their fitness level or background.
  • Develop creative, well-rounded class sequences adhering to Pilates principles, providing variations and modifications for different abilities and client needs.
  • Conduct client screenings, provide personalized attention, and offer hands-on corrections and verbal cues to ensure proper form and alignment.
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks, including client check-ins, class scheduling, equipment maintenance, and ensuring the studio is clean and organized.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, continuing education, and participate in training sessions.
