Job Title: Associate Director, Environmental Systems and Sustainability

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our environmental systems and sustainability efforts. As an Associate Director, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies that minimize our environmental footprint and promote sustainability throughout our operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging your expertise in environmental engineering and sustainability to develop and implement comprehensive plans for reducing waste, conserving resources, and minimizing environmental impact.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into all aspects of our business, from supply chain management to operational processes.
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues on sustainable practices and environmental regulations.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and industry partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in infrastructure management, EHS, or sustainability, with 5-7 years in a leadership role.
  • Solid understanding of all aspects of the business, including EH&S, people development, regulatory, quality, operational, technical and financial requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and U.S. EHS and sustainability regulations.
  • Experience in managing infrastructure projects and collaborating with corporate real estate.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to ensure compliance and stakeholder alignment.
  • Proficiency in project management and compliance tracking tools.
