- Assist in flagging any irregularities or deviations from set parameters and collaborate with relevant teams to investigate and follow up on these findings.
- Generate detailed reports highlighting areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations for implementation.
- Solar Panel System Support:
- Keep track of solar energy generation and usage trends through the dedicated platform or portal.
- Coordinate maintenance requests as needed, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Consolidate data on energy performance and cost savings for internal tracking purposes.
- New Sustainability Initiatives:
- Conduct research and support evaluation of new green technologies such as BESS, green roofs, rainwater harvesting systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess feasibility and develop proposal outlines.
- Track key sustainability metrics and maintain documentation of internal sustainability efforts.
- Engagement and Communication:
- Prepare materials for staff training and awareness programs related to sustainability practices.
- Support planning of internal events, campaigns, and walk-downs aimed at fostering a culture of sustainability.
- Maintain accurate records of sustainability-related communications, meetings, and activities.
We seek individuals who possess strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a genuine passion for driving positive environmental change. Experience with data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
