Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead growth and expansion initiatives in the Asian market.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and create effective financial strategies.

  • Promote and sell a suite of financial products and services, including insurance, asset management, and wealth planning services.

  • Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities in China and relevant international markets.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team setting. They must also have a good understanding of financial products and experience handling high-net-worth clients from China.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.

  • At least 10 years of experience in Finance, Insurance, or Wealth Management is required.

  • Certification in insurance or a General Insurance Education Certificate is necessary for this position.

  • Strong business development and relationship management skills are essential for success in this position.

  • Expertise in wealth management, financial planning, and asset allocation is highly desirable.
