Business Expansion Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Expansion Manager to lead the setup of new companies in various overseas Asian markets.
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding our business presence in key overseas markets
- Lead teams to establish new companies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices
- Manage procurement, shipment, and logistics operations across multiple countries
- Proven track record of successful business expansion and management in complex, fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of company setup, business license requirements, supplier networks, tax computation, customs duties, and logistics procedures in overseas Asian markets
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Commerce; 2+ years of experience in a related field; proficiency in inventory control software (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide remote teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt to changing market conditions
