About the Role

Our company is seeking a skilled Corporate Engagement Specialist to create and implement impactful client engagement strategies, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and drive results through effective communication and customer focus.

The ideal candidate will have strong communications and customer service skills, with the ability to interface and relate to different stakeholders. They will also have a creative approach, with an open mind balanced by a strong sense of realism and practicality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a client engagement strategy that drives results
  • Engage with all stakeholders to build strong relationships
  • Work with relevant parties on space management through data analytics
  • Develop client support/feedback initiatives
  • Build a community of ambassadors to deliver soft services
Event Management

Implementation of monthly/annual calendar of events

Organize facilities and manage all event details

Provide outstanding customer service and organize memorable events

Propose ideas to improve event and service quality

Events reporting and customer feedback survey

Communication Strategies

Lead the development and implementation of internal communication strategies

Liaison with the team and client on soft service delivery

Share regular event and celebration content through internal monitors and other channels

Operations Oversight

Oversight of soft services - landscape, cleaning, mailroom and pest control services

Ensure PPM are run on schedule and rectify issues and defects

Address Work Orders
