Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our operational transformation. As a key member of our team, you will drive meaningful change by harnessing the power of Lean thinking and innovative technologies.

You will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives, facilitating impactful workshops, and leveraging data and digital tools to identify areas for improvement. Your expertise in Value Stream Mapping and Lean Six Sigma methodologies will enable you to develop and implement effective solutions that drive measurable results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence
  • Proven track record of success in leading Lean transformations in complex environments
  • Expertise in Value Stream Mapping, Lean Six Sigma, and related methodologies
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on change management and team development
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for innovation
