Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of Lean initiatives across departments.
  • Conduct process evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on Lean tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Lean solutions.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of Lean initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor employees at all levels on Lean methodologies.
  • Ensure alignment of Lean strategies with business goals.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Work on the logistic implementation for Production Kitchen
  • Support on standard cost modelling
  • Look at point to point goods delivered automation for sign off. (ASM)

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Lean implementation within manufacturing or service environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Experience

  • 8 to 12+ years of total experience.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional Lean initiatives and mentoring teams.

Other Prerequisites

  • Familiarity with tools like SAP, Excel, and statistical analysis software.
  • Experience with change management and organizational transformation.
  • Knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Six Sigma methodologies.
