Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced System Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise in system configuration and design
  • Implement system infrastructure expansion designs and configure monitor systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Assist clients in verifying, isolating, and providing temporary workarounds for incidents or problems logged
  • Resolve system incidents or problems onsite
  • Escalate unsolvable problems and service requests to senior engineers and report escalations to management
  • Generate administrative records and reports as required
  • Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes
  • Maintain the configuration of systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Min. Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • Min. 2-4 years working experience as a System Engineer in operations environment
  • Good grasp of technical skills (System) and infrastructure system design
  • Ability to handle demanding service response and recovery turnaround
  • Able to manage daily support tasks to meet stringent SLA requirements
  • Past working experience in Cloud environment is an advantage
  • ITIL certification will be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server OS 2019, Active Directory/DNS, HYPER-V, and/or VMWARE ESXi is an added bonus
