System Infrastructure Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled System Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and monitoring systems, as well as defining customer needs and functionalities.

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables within guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • They will also be expected to anticipate and troubleshoot systems-related issues, maintain security, and provide system documentation and SOPs.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject is required.
  • Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting UNIX/Linux-based or Windows environments is essential.
  • Experience in managing server virtualization technologies like VMware, KVM, or Microsoft Hyper-V is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Linux: Red Hat, CentOS, Debian, Amazon Linux, etc.; Windows Server 2019 is an added advantage.
  • Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks, as well as automation software and networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP) is an added advantage.
