Job Title: System Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled system infrastructure specialist to join our team.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with hands-on experience working in Windows environments. They will be responsible for providing daily support for systems software, networks, servers, and end-user devices via IT Helpdesk, remote assistance, and onsite support.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure for office and store locations, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and wireless systems.

Additionally, they will administer and manage server infrastructure (on-premises and cloud), including AWS, DNS, Active Directory, DHCP, and domain controllers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support for systems software, networks, servers, and end-user devices via IT Helpdesk, remote assistance, and onsite support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience working in a Windows environment.
  • Microsoft-related certifications or other relevant technical qualifications will be an advantage.
