Job Title: High-Level Middleware Administrator

As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing expertise in middleware administration and troubleshooting to ensure seamless system operation. The specialist will be part of a team responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of middleware technologies. Your primary focus will be on providing in-depth technical support for middleware platforms, including installation, configuration, security, networking, storage integration, patching, and hardening.

To achieve this goal, we are looking for an experienced IT professional with a strong background in middleware and/or enterprise monitoring/backup tools administration. You should have expert knowledge of managing middleware platforms, including MQ and JBOSS, along with other industry-standard solutions. Additionally, familiarity with automation tools, such as Ansible, and proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Python is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support for middleware platforms, including installation, configuration, security, networking, storage integration, patching, and hardening.
  • Monitoring and Backup Tools: Manage and maintain middleware monitoring and backup tools, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Automation Solutions: Develop and implement automation solutions using Ansible and Python scripting to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audit processes, infrastructure/network security scans, disaster recovery exercises, and security-related drills.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Information Technology or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in middleware and/or enterprise monitoring/backup tools administration.
