EHS Manager

We are seeking an experienced Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) professional to lead our Logistics Division in Southeast Asia. The role requires strong leadership and technical expertise in managing EHS matters across multiple countries.
- As the primary point of contact for all EHS matters, you will ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, company standards, and environmental regulations.
- You will develop and implement EHS roadmaps and action plans to achieve performance metrics and goals, promoting a culture of safety and sustainability.
- Regular site inspections, guidance to subsidiaries, and adherence to EHS best practices, regulatory requirements, and industry standards are essential aspects of this role.
- Creating and executing training programs, risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations will be key to minimizing recurrence and improving overall EHS performance.
- You will monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance EHS management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in EHS roles, with expertise in conducting training, risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
- Familiarity with EHS rules and regulations across SEA countries and Australia, including ISO standards and safety management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
