Job Title: Healthcare Frontline Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced patient service associate to enhance the overall patient experience and quality of care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, answering calls, and handling inquiries with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients in a warm and welcoming manner, manage the reception area efficiently, answer calls, and handle inquiries promptly.
  • Register patients, schedule appointments, and process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify patient information, process claims, and facilitate hospital admission with precision to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Support nurses and doctors with administrative and clinical tasks to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Manage medical supplies, provide financial counseling, and coordinate patient surgeries effectively to ensure timely and efficient care.
  • Provide health grants and medical assistance information to patients and family members to empower them with knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of GCE N Level or above qualification.
  • 2-3 years of experience in healthcare or clinic settings, preferably with proficiency in medical billing software and TPA insurance claims.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Mandarin, and Microsoft Office applications.
