Job Title: Speech Therapist

Delivering high-quality patient care is a priority in this role. As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care through expert consultancy and treatment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patients' conditions to develop effective treatment plans
  • Implementing clinical protocols and procedures to ensure quality care delivery
  • Collaborating with patients and/or caregivers to discuss therapy goals and care plans
  • Providing training and supervision to therapy assistants to enhance their skills
  • Assisting in organizing staff and caseload coverage

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

Requirements:

  • A recognized Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Therapy
  • Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Speech Therapist
  • Related experience in a community hospital setting is beneficial
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
