Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate patient care associate to join our team. As a patient care associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

  • Attend to incoming patients, addressing their needs and ensuring a smooth experience at the department.
  • Guide patients to the appropriate departments and counters.
  • Direct patients through the necessary steps prior to scans and procedures.
  • Assist nurses with daily operations and patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during office hours.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Previous healthcare or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
